How to Upgrade your Site

Officially "Go Live" by upgrading your trial to a paid plan

To activate your website or funnel after your trial (and to make it visible to the public) you will need to subscribe to one of the paid ShinePages plans. See plans and pricing HERE.


To upgrade, just click on the "Upgrade Now" button on the bottom bar of your Builder screen. It will look like one of these two images:

This will direct you to the Dashboard > Billing screen where you can make your choice and click 'SELECT PLAN' under your selected plan.



The next step is to add your billing details, then click on the "Subscribe" button on the bottom of the screen to upgrade your account and activate your website.

You can also choose to go directly to the Dashboard > Billing screen by first clicking the Dashboard link (under the ShinePages logo in the upper left corner in your Builder)" 

Then click on the "Billing" Tab: 


SWITCHING PLANS/UPGRADING PLANS:

Please see below for important information on pricing when switching or upgrading your plan from one to another:


SWITCHING FROM:

Annual plan to Annual plan: If you are moving from an ANNUAL/YEARLY plan to a higher plan also paying ANNUAL/YEARLY, the amount you have already paid will be taken into account and your new rate will be pro-rated so you only pay the difference.


Annual plan to Monthly plan: If you are moving from an ANNUAL/YEARLY plan to a higher plan BUT switch to paying MONTHLY, please note that there is NO REFUND on the amount already paid. This is in essence cancelling your yearly plan which is only eligible for a refund within the first 14 days. (see cancellation policies linked below) You do get your first month for free and then additional monthly payments will start at the new rate.
