Project Add-Ons

Enhance your base ShinePages plan with project-level Add-On options to increase specific limits or enhance functionality as you grow.

In addition to the functionality included in your base ShinePages plan - you now have the option to select a la carte "Add-On" Functionality. Add just what you need, when you need it as your business grows.

QUICK "ADD-ON" FACTS: 

  • All Add-Ons are project-wide (ie: shared across your entire account) and not specific to one specific website or funnel on your account/project. (note: the features in your base plan are project-wide as well 😊


  • All Add-Ons are priced and charged Month-to-Month.  There is no "Annual" option for Add-Ons. 


  • You may choose to Add or Remove an Add-On at any time. 


  • There is no refund for purchased Add-Ons.  


  • Add-Ons do not change your base plan, they simply add to it. Your base plan still dictates many of the limits and functionality that are available to you. 


  • Add-Ons features can "stack" on top of base plan features.*


*Example 1 - If your base plan comes with 20 hosted videos and you "add-on" the Community Tier 3 option (which comes with a unlimited communities,  10,000 community members and also +50 hosted videos) - You will now have the features of the base plan PLUS the features of the Add-On - giving you a total of 70 hosted videos, along with the community features mentioned. 


*Example 2 - If your base plan comes with 1,000 Marketing Subscribers and you "add-on" 5,000 Marketing Subscribers - you will now have a total of 6,000 Marketing Subscribers to use across your project/account. 


 

HOW TO ADD AN "ADD-ON" TO YOUR PROJECT: 

1) Navigate to the Billing screen 

Visit the Dashboard > Billing section of your project/account.  


The link to the "Dashboard" is in the top left corner of your account - under the ShinePages logo in the Builder.  Once there - click the "Billing" tab - then remain on the Billing "Overview" screen. 


2) Add the Add-Ons you wish 

All Available Add-Ons will be listed in the Right Column. 

Click the Green "+Add" button to Add an Add-on to your project/account. 


Note that if the add-on price start with "From" - then you will have tiers or options to choose from once you click the "+Add" button.  


3) View Current Add-Ons

View your current/active Add-Ons at the top of the left column of this Billing > Overview screen. 


To change or remove any Add-Ons, hover over any current Add-Ons to display the "Settings" button or "Remove" button. Click into this button to change/edit your add-on. 


You'll see the total charges per month at the bottom of the list of "My Addons"

4) View your Plan Limits

The Plan Limits section is a handy section to view your current plan, what comes with your plan, and how much you have used thus far. 

 

This section is at the bottom left of your Billing > Overview Screen.
