Canceling your ShinePages Subscription

There are two options to Cancel you Subscription - ie: stop future payments and discontinue use with ShinePages.
Please note: Simply deleting a Website or a Funnel (or Website or Funnel Pages) from your account/project does NOT "Cancel your Account" nor payments. You must follow one of the options below in order to actually Cancel your Account Subscription and discontinue future payments.
Steps on how to do this:
First - click on the Dashboard link (under the ShinePages logo in the upper left corner of your Builder)"
Then click on the "Billing" Tab:
1) FIRST OPTION: The first option allows you to use the remaining days you have paid for. For this option, instead of canceling you can simply turn off the "Auto-Renew" checkbox. This would expire on your account at the end of the next cycle. Your website will remain visible online until the expiration date.
To do this: Uncheck "Renew subscription automatically"
2) SECOND OPTION: The second option is to Cancel which immediately expires your account. Your website will not be visible online as soon as this action is taken.
To do this: Click on the word "Cancel" (next to the pink "Change Plan" button)
REFUNDS:
For both options, Refund Policies as outlined in our Terms and Conditions will apply. See Section 8 (below and) linked here: https://shinepages.com/terms-and-conditions
-Refunds are allowed only for yearly subscriptions and up to 14 days after the initial subscription is initiated.
-There are NO refunds on Monthly subscription payments or yearly renewal payments. If you don’t want your site to renew automatically, you can disable auto-renewal in your Dashboard > Billing screen anytime before your next monthly or yearly payment.
-IF a refund is issued to the User, he/she will be refunded the full amount he/she has paid. The refund amount might be subject to transfer taxes that will be for the cost of the User and will be transferred to the card used for paying the initial subscription cost.
-Refunds are NOT applicable for Done With You or Done For You Services (including styling set up or pre-launch polish services), Consult Calls, Fast-Track time, any Premium Templates or any Custom design and development.
