SPECIAL NOTE: Before you import any .CSV file, please note that ShinePages' system has a "name" field - which is for full name (first AND last name). You would need to merge your first and last name fields within your file prior to importing. Here are instructions on how to do this.

There are 2 ways to import your contacts into your CRM: AS CONTACTS OR AS SUBSCRIBERS

*Note: ANYONE may be a "Contact" and you have UNLIMITED Contacts on your account.  "Subscribers" on the other hand are "Contacts" who are also on your email list and who have given you their permission to receive marketing emails from you. You get a certain number of free Subscribers based on your ShinePages plan and you can purchase additional Subscribers as your numbers grow.
