How to Add a NEW CRM PROPERTY

In "CONTACTS" - select settings (gear/cog icon) on the left hand navigation select “Custom Properties” on the top left of your screen. You will see the default properties listed. Click on the button “CREATE PROPERTY”

In the pop up window “Label” field - Name your property. (In this case we are creating an “AGE” property). In the “Field Type” click on the dropdown and select the field you would like to use ie. number. Toggle on “Save to forms”. This property will be then be available you use in the forms you've created for your visitors to complete. Then SAVE.
To include your “new property” in a form - head over to one of your forms - click edit fields - click on the + button.
You will now see your “new property” listed in your CRM Properties. Click on your “new property”.

The “new property” will now show up on your form. When you go into your “CONTACTS and click on a contact, you will see the visitors that completed that form with “new property” recorded in your CRM.
