Client's access to their Membership Profile or Member Detail page
Your Members can edit aspects of their memberships and general profile on their /member details page:

The Member Profile/ Member Details Page is an included "System Page" that is accessible to you from the "System Pages" folder at the bottom of your Pages & Popups list (top icon on the left hand side of your Builder)
Your members can access their Member Profile / Member Detail page in 2 ways:
1) Direct access by entering the url to: yourdomain.com/member
2) By clicking on the login widget in the header of your site
This will take them to the system provided login page to enter their email and password.
1) They can view - the Membership/s they belong to and click straight through from here for access to their Members Only pages.
(Note: They will see any purchased Courses/Membership on this page ONLY IF your "Member Group" has a set "Page to redirect to upon Login". Please see this article for information on how to set this page/link: https://help.shinepages.com/article/how-to-set-the-page-your-members-should-see-first-upon-login
2) They can view - the Downloads that they purchased and download from there. Please note that with purchased downloads - every link is unique and active for 24 hours after the first download. Check out this article on how to resend the purchased link to your client
3) They can view - their Order History by clicking on the button underneath “Status” next to their invoice details.
4) They can view - Details of their account ie.
- Change Name and Email Address
- Change their Password
- Delete their Account / Profile
5) They can view - Address and change their shipping and billing address.
6) They can view - their Subscriptions and Cancel their Subscriptions. Please see this article with important information on Membership Subscription Cancelations
