How to Resend a Digital Product

to a customer if their download link has expired

If you are selling digital products with the Product File uploaded in the Products set up of your Store.


Customers will be sent a “system generated email” with a secure link to download the file after purchase. Every link is unique and active for 24 hours after the first download.


In order to resend the Digital files to your customer after expiration:

1) Head over to your Store and click on “Orders”. Click over the name to open the purchaser’s order record.

2) If you have a lot of purchasers listed in your “Orders” - you can filter to find the name of your customer and their order records by clicking on the “+ Add Filter” button on the top left.


3) Select “Name” as your filter and enter your purchaser’s name.


4) Once the order is open - click the "Action" drop down button at the top of your screen.


5) Click on the option "Send Digital Goods To Client


6) This will automatically send the download link to your customer.
