How to reset a member's password
Force a password reset OR trigger a new member to create their own password

If your member forgets their login password - OR - if you have manually added a user to a "member group" in your back end and they did not create a password themselves - they will need to create or reset their password.
You can do this following these steps:
1) From the CONTACTS tab/screen, find the member contact by scrolling to their name OR by using the Search or "filter" function at the top using the "Add Filter" button. (hint - select the "starts with" option within the filter search)
2) Click on the name of the Contact to get into their Contact Record.
3) Click on the "Action" button at the top to reveal a drop-down list - including the option to "Reset Password"
This will trigger an automated/system-generated email to the contact/member with a prompt to set a new password themselves.
