Adding Subscribers To Your List via Forms/Checkouts/Quizzes

When you go in the Settings (cog/gear wheel) of a Form, Quiz or Checkout widget, you can see the option for assigning the users to a list in your email marketing section. 


1) Click on "Select Lists" next to "Connect to Email Marketing" 


2) Select (or first "add list" to create, then select) the email List or Lists you'd like Subscribers to be added to


3) You have the choice to "Enable Double Opt-In" or not after you have selected your List(s).  Generally, we do recommend turning this on to maintain good list hygiene.


Once the user submits the form (and "opts-in" if that option was chosen), they will automatically be assigned to your chosen email list. 


Now this user is not only a "CONTACT" in your system but also a "SUBSCRIBER" (and thus, eligible to receive emails from the ShinePages Emails & Automations area).
