Tips & Best Practices when you have multiple admins/contributors that have access to edit in the builder of your account

This will avoid any updates being "Overwritten" and NOT being SAVED.

Please NOTE that while multiple people may Login and work on the websites and funnels on your project from anywhere and from different devices - we do NOT recommend having people logged in and working simultaneously.

When multiple people are editing a website (or a website's "nested" funnel) they should do so at different times - and should always SAVE their work and REFRESH their browser before closing their window or logging out of the platform. Once that is done they may "pass it over" to another team member to work on it.

The new person who goes into work on the site should always REFRESH their browser to see any recent changes before they save or begin any work or editing.

Again - to avoid OVERWRITING one another's work (ie: saving an older version of the site and losing all the new content or edits that were made to the "newer" version someone had been working on) - we always recommend working on the site at separate times and be sure to Save and Refresh before "passing it over' to the next person. That next person should be safe to then "refresh" their own browser and begin their own work.

If 1 (one) person is solely responsible for the website build - we recommend sharing any website changes / updates to your client/partner by having them view the website live and not in the builder.
