What to do if you can't log in or signin to ShinePages, or if you are getting an email "unrecognized" message upon sign in

If you are attempting to login to the ShinePages Builder and are getting a message saying that you can't log in or your "email is not recognized" - follow these troubleshooting steps: 

1) Ensure that you are actually logging in using the correct link. 


PLEASE NOTE that there are two (2) potential "Login" type of links on ShinePages (as shown in the upper right corner of ShinePages.com): "PORTAL SIGN IN" and "BUILDER LOGIN" 


Check to make sure you are using the correct link:


LOGIN TO YOUR BUILDER: 

https://shinepages.com/login

The link above is the one to use when you are trying to gain access to YOUR WEBSITE and/or FUNNELS to make edits to your pages, access your contacts, your store, your blog, your appointments, your email marketing, etc.


The BUILDER LOGIN page will look like this: (see below) 



SIGN IN TO A TRAINING PORTAL OR COURSE:

https://shinepages.com/signin

This link is the one to use when you are trying to gain access to a members-only training portal page that was created specifically for your collab group (groups such as: RYMP, Dashstrom, TVP, iHeal, YTTC, SS, etc.) and/or a course, membership, template or digital product you purchased from ShinePages.  


Note: Initial registration to the "portal" would have been a separate registration. While you may have used the same name, email and password as your Builder login, it would have required a separate registration. Builder and Portal are two separate things. 


The TRAINING PORTAL LOGIN page will look like this: 



2) If you are using the correct link and unable to login to either the ShinePages Builder or Your Training Portal - try resetting your password by clicking the Forgot Password link on either the /Login or the /Signin screens: 



3) Try clearing your cache and/or using an incognito browser window. This should clear out any old/saved data and allow you to login.
