Connecting your platform to Printful allows you to automatically create, fulfill, and ship custom products without holding inventory. With our integration, orders placed in your store are instantly synced to Printful, where products are printed on demand and shipped directly to your customers under your brand.
This guide will walk you through everything you need to know about setting up the Printful integration, connecting your account, syncing products, and managing orders.
Follow the steps below to get started and ensure your products are printing and shipping smoothly.

Before you begin
Before enabling the integration, make sure your store address is set up, as shipping rates cannot be calculated without a valid store address.
To do this, go to Store → Settings → Store Details

Enter and save your business address before proceeding. Once this is completed, you can move forward with enabling the integration using one of the methods below.

Enabling the integration

You can enable the Printful integration from two different areas of the platform, depending on your workflow preferences. Both methods will take you through the same connection process.

Option 1: Enable via the builder
  • Go to Builder → Website Settings → Applications
  • Click “Add Application”
  • Select Printful from the list

Option 2: Enable via the store
  • Go to Store → Settings → Shipping
  • Click “Add Integration”
  • Select Printful from the list

After selecting Printful using either method, you’ll be prompted to connect your account and complete the authorization process.

Completing your setup in Printful

After enabling the integration in our platform, the remaining steps are completed in  your Printful account to generate your API access key.

Step 1: Create or Connect Your Store in Printful
  • Log in to your Printful account
  • Navigate to Stores
  • Select “Manual order platform / API”
  • Click Connect
You will be prompted to:
  • Enter your Store Name
  • Create your products inside Printful
Complete the product setup before moving to the next step.
Step 2: Generate Your Private API Token
Once your store and products are set up:
  • Go to Settings → Store Settings → API
  • Click “Go to Printful Developers"

You will be redirected to https://developers.printful.com/
    • Sign in to your account
    • Select “Private Token”

Step 3: Configure the Token Settings

When creating your private token, you will be asked to configure several fields:
    • Token Name
    • Contact Email (in case Printful needs to reach you)
    • Expiration Date
    • Access Level
    • Scopes
Important: Under Access Level, you must select “A single store” - not “Account (all stores)”.
Choosing the wrong access level may prevent the integration from functioning correctly.
Step 4: Generate and Copy Your Access Key
Once all fields are configured, click “Create New Token” and Printful will generate your Access Key. Copy this key and return to our platform.
Paste the generated access key into the Printful integration settings on our platform and save your changes.
Your integration will now be successfully connected.

    Mapping your products
After connecting your Printful account, the final step is to map your store products to the corresponding products in Printful. This ensures that when a customer places an order on your website, the correct product and variant are sent to Printful for fulfillment.
In our platform, physical products can include variations (such as size, color, or style). These variations must be matched to the equivalent product variants that exist in Printful.
Once your products and variants are mapped, your store will automatically send orders to Printful for printing and shipping whenever customers purchase those products.
