How to Connect Online Bookings to Your Google Calendar

(ShinePages has a native integration with Google Calendar to connect the booking events created in your Appointments).
To connect your Online Booking Calendar to your Google Calendar - first go to your Operator Settings. Get there from Appointments > Operators > Settings (or click on the gear wheel icon next to the Operator's name from within a Booking Event)

Scroll down within that Operator Settings window to the "Sign in With Google" instructions.
Follow the steps to connect to your Preferred Google Calendar.
Now your Online Booking Calendar will display only times from your Availability window that are actually "open" on your Google Calendar and every booking event that is secured on your site online will automatically be added to your Google Calendar.
Your clients will have the option upon Booking Confirmation to add the event to their Google Calendar as well. Appointment reminders are sent out via Google Calendar in whatever way you have set up within Google.

Once you have connected your Google Calendar. In the Google Calendar Settings window you will:
1) Click on the dropdown to see all of your calendars in Google and select the calendar that your events booked here will be added to.
2) Select your Google Calendars to set and check for booking conflicts.

To change your Google Calendar Settings (as per above) - - click on the Settings button to the right of your operator name in > Appointments > Operators (see below).
