Creating a Booking Operator

To create a booking operator, simply go to Booking > Operators > Create New Operator


You can set-up things like:

1. Name

2. E-mail

3. Description (shown if you have multiple operators)

4. Image (shown if you have multiple operators)

5. Color (to easily see scheduled meetings in color-coded set-up in the Schedule tab)

6. Connect to your Google Calendar



To Connect your Online Bookings to your Google Calendar: 

To connect your Online Booking Calendar to your Google Calendar - first go to your Operator Settings.  Get there from Appointments > Operators > Settings  (or click on the gear wheel icon next to the Operator's name from within a Booking Event)


Scroll down within that Operator Settings window to the "Sign in With Google" instructions. 


Follow the steps to connect to your Preferred Google Calendar. 


Now your Online Booking Calendar will display only times from your Availability window that are actually "open" on your Google Calendar and every booking event that is secured on your site online will automatically be added to your Google Calendar.  


Your clients will have the option upon Booking Confirmation to add the event to their Google Calendar as well.  Appointment reminders are sent out via Google Calendar in whatever way you have set up within Google.
