How to change your ShinePages Plan

You can change your plan or change monthly vs yearly and vice versa

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR EXISTING PLAN:


To either:

(UPGRADE TO A HIGHER PLAN OR VICE VERSA)

Or

(CHANGE FROM MONTHLY TO YEARLY OR VICE VERSA)

1) ACCESS your Dashboard > Billing screen by first clicking the Dashboard link (under the ShinePages logo in the upper left corner in your Builder)".
2)  In your Dashboard > Billing > Overview: Click on "Change" next to Subscription Plan

3) Select Plan - click SELECT under your preferred plan.


(If a window pops up saying: Error Message: "You have exceeded the booking operator limit for your plan", please see this article: https://help.shinepages.com/article/error-message-you-have-exceeded-the-booking-operator-limit-for-your-plan)

4) The next step is to select either MONTHLY or YEARLY PLAN option:

5) Click on the "Subscribe" button on the bottom of the screen to upgrade your account.



IMPORTANT NOTES on Changing Plans:


1) UPGRADING

Examples of "Upgrading" Include:

-Moving from a YEARLY Plan to a New / Higher-Tier YEARLY Plan

-Moving from a MONTHLY Plan to ANY YEARLY Plan


-If you Upgrade from a YEARLY Plan to a New / Higher-Tier YEARLY Plan while within a current ANNUAL/YEARLY payment plan: The amount you have already paid will be taken into account and your new rate will be pro-rated so you only pay the difference.


-If you Upgrade from a MONTHLY Plan to ANY YEARLY Plan - you will simply start your new Yearly Plan payments on the date you upgrade. There are no refunds for any Monthly Plan payments.



2) DOWNGRADING:

Examples of "Downgrading" Include:

-Moving from a YEARLY Plan to a Lower-Tier YEARLY Plan

-Moving from a YEARLY Plan to ANY MONTHLY Plan

-Moving from a MONTHLY Plan to a Lower-Tier MONTHLY Plan


When "Downgrading" your plan - please note that there are no Refunds offered. (The only Refund we offer is a Refund on initial Yearly Plan purchase/upgrade - if account is cancelled within the first 14 days.)

-When downgrading from a Yearly Plan to a Lower-tier Yearly Plan (OR to any Monthly Plan), we recommend downgrading only just before your current yearly plan is due for renewal.


IMPORTANT NOTE ON RENEWALS: Our subscriptions are set to renew automatically. You will receive a "Payment Reminder" email from us 3 days prior to your renewal due date. Should you wish to change your plan or cancel your subscription - you can then go into your dashboard to apply these.

-When downgrading from a Yearly Plan to ANY Monthly Plan - you are in essence cancelling your Yearly Plan (which is only eligible for a refund within the first 14 days. See cancellation policies linked below.)



IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are on a "legacy" plan (ie: if you had a paid account prior to our NEW Plans released August 1st, 2025) and you cancel or let your plan expire you will only have the new plans to choose from if you decide to re-activate your account.
