How to add a Video Background to a Block
Option to Link to your Youtube video or Upload a video

Go to your block settings by clicking on the Block button.
From the Block's Settings Window, click "Add Video Background"
OPTION 1 - YOUTUBE VIDEO LINK:
The video background only has the option to link to a YouTube video (no other third party video hosted platforms).
- Click on the Youtube button option and paste your Youtube Video URL in the field.
You also have settings for the Start and End times of the video loop, overlays etc.
OPTION 2 - UPLOAD VIDEO FROM YOUR VIDEO MANAGER:

- Click on the Upload Video button option and then + Upload or Select a Video button.
