Enable Notifications to allow Members to receive alerts & emails as notification of updates or community interactions they have missed

The “Website Notifications” feature adds a built-in notification center to your Website, Funnel or Community.
Once enabled, logged-in website Members will see a bell icon in the upper-right corner of the screen. Clicking this icon opens a dedicated notification panel where they can view any updates or interactions they've missed.
To enable the feature within your account, please navigate to Website Settings > General:

The notification panel is divided into four tabs to help users manage and filter their updates:
All - Displays all notifications in one place.
Unread - Shows only notifications that haven’t been opened yet.
Social - Includes activity such as mentions and replies.
Store - Includes order-related updates like:
- Order placed successfully
- Order shipped


EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS:
To ensure members don’t miss important interactions, the system also sends email notifications in the following cases:
- When a Member is mentioned
- When a Member receives a reply
These "system emails" are only sent if the corresponding website notification has not been viewed within 20 minutes.
