Limits on First Email Sends: "Campaign Can't Be Sent" Error Message

However, before you begin, here are some things you need to know (or if you are seeing the "Campaign Can't Be Sent" error message below)

As you begin with email marketing - you will have an initial allowance of 1000 email sends. This gives us enough data and time to see the bounce and spam rates for that account. After we generate a score, we will extend your allowance to send more emails. This process usually takes no more than 2-3 hours and it is automatic. Review of your account will start at about 80% of the allowance limit. The allowance limits are: 1,000 / 5,000 / 10,000 / 25,000 / Unlimited.
WHAT THIS MEANS:
You will need to start by first sending to at least 80% of this allowance. In other words - send to at least 800 emails (up to to 1000) in order to create an initial email score - based on bounces and spam reports.
Obviously, we know that most people will NOT be sending spam messages, however, in order to maintain in good standing as an email platform and enable all users to continue to use Email Marketing & Automations, we need to ensure that we do not have people sending thousands of unwanted emails or producing low scores.
Once you send at least 800 emails, a score will be generated (again, automatically, within 2-3 hours time) and the allowance will be upgraded to 5000 for another score before up to 10,000 and above.
Most reviews are automatic and take about 2-3 hours time. You will be notified via email when you are able to start sending emails again. You can also start sending emails once the warning message is removed from your Email Marketing section.
