Issue: Bookings coming in at the wrong times

If you are getting online appointment bookings coming thru at times outside of the range you had specified in your "Available Times" during Booking Event Set up - it may be that your website timezone is set incorrectly.

Here's how to fix:


Check your TimeZone! Your website may simply be set to the wrong timezone - which affects your booking events calendar.


To ensure your Website is set to the correct timezone, go to Website Settings (gear/cogwheel icon seen in the left-hand navigation menu when on the Builder tab) 



Then click on "Language & Time" - to ensure that the correct Website Time Zone is chosen. While there, ensure the "Date Format" is set as you would like - standard or military/European time display.
