This is perfect for a "Coming Soon" page or any other page you'd like to display to people upon first visiting your URL.

Click on your pages on the left hand side menu. You will see that the template's "Home" page is set to the default "homepage" (page that your visitors will see first on clicking on your domain URL), marked with the pink house icon.

To change the page you would like your visitors to see first (i.e. "Coming Soon" page) - click on the gear icon (settings) to the right of the page and then select "Show Settings".

When the "Edit Page" window opens up - click on the pink button "Set As Homepage".

Then click on the "Yes" button and hit Save.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

As you are still working on your website and you have your custom domain connected - you will only want your "Coming Soon" page to be found in Search Engines. You will need to remove the "SiteMap" from your other website pages until you're ready for them to be found online. Please see Step 2) Remove the page from the SiteMap in this article: https://help.shinepages.com/article/how-to-hide-a-page
