How to use the Portfolio feature to display your work

The Portfolio feature in ShinePages is a great way to display examples of your work. Similar to the Blog feature or Store feature, Portfolios have their own framework, settings and pages within the platform and can be utilized both as a stand-alone Portfolio page and also as a Portfolio widget that can be added to any page.

Note: If you have items to sell - setting those up as Products in your Store would be better than setting them up as "Portfolio items".  Think of a portfolio as an "example" of the work you can do for others. For example - a photographer that offers the Product/Service of taking portraits. This would be a good use of the "Portfolio" feature. The Photographer can showcase other portraits they have taken in a "Portfolio" in order to show the quality of their work and as a way to encourage people to book their own portrait session. In this case the "Product" is the Service of a Portrait Session - NOT the digital or physical prints of past portraits taken / displayed in the Portfolio.

NOTE: You can LINK to your stand-alone Portfolio page OR any individual portfolio item's project page. Add a link to your Portfolio from your menu, or link to it from any text or button link on your page.

Simply choose your Portfolio from the drop drown list under "Page Group" and either choose "All" to display your full portfolio, or select from the list of portfolio items that you have set up with dedicated project pages. See below:
